The launch follows a series of meetings investor concluded last week, the person who told Dow Jones Newswires, requesting not to be named.
Financial services firm, which is part of the future, intends to increase 7.5 billion rupees through selling shares, the company said in its initial public offering prospectus, filed the draft regulator capital markets in August.
According to Dealogic data, the planned share sale would be the second largest IPO to be launched in 2011, after the Muthoot Finance Ltd, and the latest in a string of share sales in financial services, which includes PTC India financial services Ltd.
