The Detroit Lions have a ton of needs, mostly on the defensive end. It was one of the worst defensive teams in the NFL last season.
The front four, led by rookie Ndamukong Suh, created enough pressure on the QB to enforce certain circles and misguided casting.
The minor has not been resolved at all. Detroit had only 14 INT the entire season.
Prince Amukamara is a person who can change. He did not light up stat sheets in college by grabbing absurd amount INT. However, he was himself a great cover and press corner at the College. He received all-America honors for the performance of last season.
Amukamara has the size and strength to be a corner type/shutdown in the NFL. Also showed off the top end speed, running a dash 4.38 40-yard at the combine.
Is the full package of CB. Can do everything: coverage, response and recovery, blitz.
