Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless customers advised Tuesday evening that data was involved in the Epsilon SECU.
Like other companies affected, Verizon said it uses to send notifications of Epsilon. "Epsilon assured us that the information contained in the email addresses were limited, and that no other information about you or your account was exposed," Verizon said.
The carrier warned customers to use caution when opening e-mail attachments or links. Verizon will not solicit personal information via e-mail, so that you do not enter account, financial, or personal information through links in e-mail that appears to be from Verizon. It is probably a phishing scam.
If you suspect that an email phishing, Verizon said to forward it to abuseverizon.net.
